Generational Thinking is an acquired skill
For many years, yes, even decades, we lived from paycheck to paycheck, only thinking how we can make it to the end of the month. God was faithful to us and we saw His provision when we needed it most. After reading Business Secrets From the Bible by Rabbi Daniel Lapin I realized two things. One, I was just thinking about the immediate need, and second I had to figure things out on my own. Both wrong ways of thinking. It was during this time that 3rd Generation Ventures was established and we made the conscious decision to start thinking down to the 3rd Generation, our children's children. We also realized that the task of creating generational wealth cannot be done alone, that we need a community of like minded people with the same values and goals. We were already part of such community with about 130 families, buying and holding income producing assets.
A few years ago this community established a new organization called The Community Corp, which recently rebranded to CoSpark, a holdings company combined with a subscription-based membership platform. 3rd Generation Ventures is one of several organizations that represents the 'local' community in our area empowering our networks and relationships. We partnered with CoSpark and 30West Consulting in Dallas to expand our reach and be able to offer the generational wealth producing ability to a wider circle of friends and family. Our desire is to help individuals and families learn how compound value for the future with their everyday activity that enables them to generate wealth and be passed down to the next generations. We at 3rd Generation Ventures are here to listen to what your goals are and help you design a path to accomplish those goals with what you currently have by joining a community that will provide the support you need.
How does this work
- Become a CoSpark member - There are two options a Premium or an Associate membership. The membership fee will give you access to various program/initiatives to create wealth, and the fees will be turned into shares in the company every 3 years.
- Join our weekly calls. Learn, ask, meet.
- Talk to us about what you want to accomplish
- Participate in the various programs and initiatives offered. Or start your own initiative (has to be premium member).
- Enjoy your rewards
Member Reserve
This is one of the many programs that members have access to as CoSpark members. Use the Member Reserve to bring future value to the present, which allows you to pay your bills while keeping your hard earned money.
For example you put $100 on a monthly basis into your Member Reserve, which purchases 100 points. CoSpark turns around and sends you $30.77 back each month that you can use to pay a bill or spend on something you already do. After 60 months you get to redeem your points into cash and receive an extra bonus. That is quite a deal. You got to spend your earnings now, while saving your money.

Big Circle Auctions
Big Circle Auctions (BCA) is a structured online auction marketplace for higher-value assets and services — real estate, vehicles, professional services, and other significant purchases. It operates inside the CoSpark community, though participation is open to anyone willing to create an account.
- The process is round-based, not a bidding war.
- Fees are participation-based and published.
- Your participation builds financial strength.
Business and Lending Reserves
Very similar to the Member Reserve, but benefiting your business but at the end of 60 months you have the option of redeeming our points or requesting a loan.
Initiatives
Saving for yourself by funding what helps others. There are many categories: Business, Church, Charity, and Personal Initiatives.
Note participation
Earn extra cash-flow by participating in funding a note or several (Note stacking) with Kindling.
